It is about of a framework agreement awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators. the 3 holders will be allocated purchase orders under the following conditions: The purchase orders will be sent and allocated, according to the so-called cascade method, to the holders according to the order of their classification resulting from the analysis of the offers.
