Description : Mobile and fixed telephony is an essential service for the staff of JRC Seville. The current infrastructure is obsolete and is not adaptable to new modes of work.

According to a statement by the owner of the EXPO building, a new contract must be concluded.

This contract will be in the form of a framework service contract with two lots:

(i) the first lot will be for the supply of mobile and fixed telephony services. It will include global coverage and cloud-based hosting as the main features, as well as the supply of smartphones and landline office telephones as applicable, in addition to the necessary technical support;

(ii) the second lot will cover personalised reports on data usage and consumption and necessary technical support.
