The York Region District School Board is looking for vendors to provide Services for Telecommunication Systems Maintenance and for New Installs.
Bidders have the choise to bid in one or all of the following:
- installation of new / retrofit systems plus maintenance of the entire installed base, VoIP (FreePBX/Asterisk) and Legacy (NEC & Bogen) systems,
OR;
Only covering ongoing retrofit and installations of Free PBX / Carehawk systems PLUS maintenance and repair work of the installed VoIP base but not maintenance and repair of any Legacy equipment nor services,
OR;
Only ongoing maintenance / repair work of the Legacy Base only. If selecting this opportunity the possible response options are:
For the entire installed base of Legacy NEC telephone and Bogen Multicom 2000 paging systems, OR;
For Bogen Multicom 2000 paging systems only and not the Legacy telephone base
