The main objective is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Lao PDR's digital infrastructure ecosystem and identify priority investment opportunities for World Bank or partner engagement, with high-level, indicative cost-benefit and ROI analyses.Specific objectives include:Assess the current state and performance of Lao's digital connectivity infrastructure, including in the rural areas.Identify and prioritize potential investment opportunities across the telecom and data infrastructure value chain, including networks and green and AI data centers.Provide strategic recommendations to guide future World Bank engagement and investment planning.
