1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive technical service services in the field of inspections, repairs and consultations regarding the infrastructure of the Warsaw TetraNode trunking system used by the Warsaw Police Headquarters.
2. According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Parlof the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 237 April 2016. The Contracting Party informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Warsaw Police Commander; 2) supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the personal data protection officer: address: ul. 3. The Ordering Party requires contractors to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 10, 000.00.
