Technical consultants - Architects Plan The framework agreement includes planning work for urban development and physical planning according to PBL. Within the scope of the assignments, it may include: Planning prerequisites in early the spoon Program Detailed planning program Detailed plans Exploitation sketches Illustration sketches and sections in detailed plan work Comprehensive analysis of buildability Visualization of ideas Participation and possible presentations in project meetings Reports (eg. competition program and evaluation in land-marking competitions) Assignment as a resource consultant Assignment as a facilitator Assignments that are not listed above may be added provided that there are no separate framework agreements. The list is therefore not exhaustive. The assignments normally include production of planning documents such as plan description, plan map with provision and illustration map, production of draft consultation report and draft statement after written review, consultation with stakeholders, stakeholders as well as municipal administrations and companies, participation in project meetings, consultation meetings and any other presentations. The work may also include coordinating other investigative work that forms the basis for detailed plans. Areas that should planned can have different conditions and focus such as housing, mixed-use town, businesses, traffic and communications.
