TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE TO THE REGIONAL CONSORTIUM OF TRANSPORTES DE MADRID (CRTM) FOR THE SUPERVISION AND MONITORING OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ACCOUNT-BASED TICKETING SYSTEM (ABT) The purpose of this contract is the provision of technical assistance, supervision, monitoring services. and specialized technical support within the framework of the project to implement an account-based ticketing system (Account-Based Ticketing: ABT) in the regular public transport of passengers in the Community of Madrid, with the scope established in the Document of Particular Technical Prescriptions. It is highlighted that this technical assistance contract is complementary and is clearly distinguished from the main contract for the implementation and commissioning of the system, whose purpose is the direct execution of the system. ABT: development, design, implementation, support, maintenance and operation of the implementation of the ABT solution in the Community of Madrid.
