Description : The purpose of this TA operation is to perform all preparatory work for the implementation of the Moldova Energy Efficiency financed under EIB framework loan to support sustainable energy efficiency improvements in public sector buildings in various cities in Moldova. The project promoters are the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Moldova (MoEI) and the Energy Efficiency Agency (EEA). The TA consultant will prepare the project feasibility study to define a transparent and direct appraisal of sub-projects using the established criteria, package sub-project for implementation and procurement purposes, perform energy audits for selected sub-projects and prepare the procurement documentation for the first batch of sub-projects, and define the most appropriate application mechanism using online application.
