The overall objective of the project of which this market is a part is the construction, exploitation and maintenance of 6 photovoltaic power plants located in the east and south of the center of Morocco (the "project") by Masen (the "promoter"). To carry out the project, Masen launched an international call for tenders, Based on the donor markets (BEI and KFW) markets, which consists of one or more engineering, supply and construction contracts (EPC). This separates the sites into two (2) lots according to their geographic proximity.
The specific objective of thisMarket is to carry out a technical assistance mission (AT) which will support the promoter during the implementation of the project.
II) Technical coordination withdonors to ensure the good continuity of work in accordance with the project implementation calendar; and
