Prior Information Notice for Technical Assistance for Empowerment of the Role of Ombudsman in the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights.
Contract description
The contract aims to support to increase the effectiveness of the Ombudsman Institution in the protection and promotion of human rights.
Within the scope of the contract, technical assistance will be provided to the Ombudsman Institution in order to improve the knowledge of the staff via trainings, as well as study visits and placements in international institutions working in the field of human rights and Ombudsman Institutions in Europe.
In addition, the level of awareness on the mandate and functioning of the Ombudsman Institution will be enhanced both in public and administration via conducting perception surveys, development of communication and visibility plan, development of awareness raising tools such as public spot films/3D animations/short movie/brochure/booklets etc., awareness raising activities such as organization of international/national symposiums, conferences etc.
