Tenders are invited for Teaching Equipment for Lyceum and Adult Learning Center Courses .

1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project (TVET). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than restriction arising from ITB 4.7.

2. The Project Administration Group (PAG) of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Teaching Equipment for Lyceum and Adult Learning Center Courses (“the Goods”).

Delivery period is 120 days from the Contract Signing Date.

3. National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s SingleStage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders without nationality restrictions.

4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:

• Minimum average annual turnover of USD 1, 556, 000.00 (One Million Five Hundred FiftySix Thousand US Dollars) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.

• Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years, of at least two (2) contracts each valued at USD 622, 000.00 (Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand US Dollars) with nature, and complexity similar to the proposed supply of goods.
