II.1.4) Short definition: Creation of a dynamic procurement system "Purchase of railway infrastructure operating materials II." subject (BKV Zrt. TD-266/23.)

Main product areas: track maintenance materials (rails, detouring parts and accessories; other concrete, reinforced concrete, wooden railway construction elements, products), overhead line parts and fittings; distribution, fuse and signaling equipment parts; escalator and elevator parts.

Proposer during the implementation of the DBR, Kbt. Based on Section 107 (2), the exact technical description of the specific public procurements to be implemented in the systemshall make the conditions and contractual conditions available to the economic operator participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent.

Planned quantity for the entire 48 months: based on the specific needs of the contracting authority arising during operation, planned maximum totalzesen 25, 000 quantitative units, but with a maximum net value of HUF 800 million.

Tenderer is Kbt. On the basis of § 107, paragraph (2), it reserves the possibility that during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, with regard to the specific procurement requirement contained therein -depending on the subject and nature of the specific public procurements - specify the possibility of partial tendering in the invitation to tender.
