The Pirkanmaa welfare area's property management and facility services domain is responsible for parking and its tendering.
Tays Keskussairaala's P-hall (Kuntokatu 2) has 455 parking spaces on two floors, of which the N-building (Tays Sydansairaala) has 24 spaces on the 0th floor.a is managed by the subscriber. There are 118 parking spaces in the parking garage of the T building (new psychiatry building) (T-hall, Arkkiatrinkuja 7), of which 55 parking spaces are managed by the customer..03.2024.
Attachment 3a floor plans of the P hall and at attachment 3b floor plans of the T hall.
Both parking garages will have hourly parking, monthly parking and ambulance traffic. There will also be escort traffic (customers, taxis) in the P-hall. Pirkanmaa's welfare area definedlists parking prices as well as their changes and possible discounts.
Current prices are:
- Monday-Friday 8am-6pm: 0-3h 3€/hour, overtime 2€/hour
- Evenings, weekends and public holidays: 0, €50/hour
- Parking is free escort and pick-up serviceslle for 30 minutes.
Estimate of parking revenue on an annual level approx. 1.2 M€.
Pirkanmaa welfare district is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the parking garages, including the parking guidance lights installed on top of the parking boxes and the usage rate monitors. The subscriber is also responsible for the electricity supply of payment machines, etc...
