The purpose of taking out a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 1, 000, 000.00 is to finance the repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to the issue of securities in the amount of PLN 1, 000, 000.00. Repayment period of the capital installments of the loan: March 2026. December 2034. The Bank will provide the Ordering Party with a loan immediately after concluding the contract, but no later than December 30, 2025. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan installments in foreign currencies. All calculations between the contractor and the ordering party will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).
