FOR THE
TACTICAL EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER UPGRADING AND INSTALLATION
The Municipality of Kalibo, through the General Fund 2019, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Tactical Emergency Operations Center Upgrading and Installation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Terms of Reference:
1. CCTV Cameras installed on designated areas,
equipment configured, tested and comissioned to
work efficiently;
2. Labor and professional services
(with Organizational Structure) should be included
for the Layout and Installation of Fiber Optic
cables, Splicing, Termination, Optical Network
Devices installation and Configuration, Testing and
Commissioning to Operate 24/7;
3. Call in immediate assistance to the Company-s
Service Center for maintenance and/or repair within
one (1) to two (2) hours of call from TEOC due to
time sensitivity including software assistance and
hardware repair;
4. Must be compatible to the current system at
the Tactical Emergency Operations Center-s
Command, Control, Communications, Coordination
and Intelligence Room based on the current
backbone system;
5. License Plate Recognition Cameras must have
at least 98% vehicle Plate Number capture rate
and 95% ANPR rate.
6. Conduct of hands-on training on the installation,
configuration, management and maintenance of the
Video Wall System, CCTV Management and Recording
System, and IT equipment, with at least 8 hrs per
system (Video Wall = 8hrs, Security Gateway
Appliances = 8hrs, Enterprise Fiber switch = 8hrs
and). Venue, Facilitators, Lunch, Snacks and
Certificates shall be provided free of charge to at
least ten (10) LGU Participants, conducted by a
Smart City System Certified Instructor from the
Company.
Delivery and Installation must be within Fifteen (15) days from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
