Operation, repair and maintenance of SZTE's educational, patient care and commercial buildings and related assets (total useful floor area: 540, 931 m2) listed in the Public Procurement Documents (Technical Description section)maintenance (builder - mason, plasterboard fitter -, professional industry - carpentry, tiler, painter, glass, upholsterer -, construction machinery - water and gas pipe fitters -, assembly industry - locksmith - and building electrician) works, as well as related technical on-call on-site on-call and as-needed mprovision of mobile technical standby supply.
