Description: As a Systems Engineer you are (partly) responsible i.s.m. The IPM team members for the design and assurance of System Engineering, Risk Management and Configuration Management in a design or contract phase. Under the leadership of a Project Management Manager you fulfill a facilitating role towards the responsible requirement, object and risk owners. You are responsible for determining the verification and validation strategy. As Systems Engineer you operational the process of Systems Engineering in the projects by processing the requirements in a relational database. From the database you maintain the data structures in the System Tree (SBS), Eisenboom (RBS) and Activity Tree (WBS). You act as the first point of contact with regard to System Engineering in the IPM project organization and you maintain internal contacts with the responsible adviser (s), discipline director (s) and process/tender manager. You structure contract information and guide the project team in making and analyzing the contract requirements specifically.
