Surface transport management system (ŘSPD) II The subject of the Public Contract is the delivery of a new Surface Transport Management System (ŘSPD) for the vehicle fleet operated by the contracting authority (buses, trolleybuses, trams) and subsequent support and development for a period of 20 years. Control system surface transport system (ŘSPD) will be a system for all tractions of urban public surface transport operated by the contracting authority, enabling the efficient management of surface public transport operations operated by the contracting authority. ŘSPD will work in real time in 24/7 mode by ensuring high availability and will ensure a high level of cyber security, data protection and services, while respecting all requirements of Czech and EU legislation, especially regarding the operation of public road and rail transport, personal data protection and privacy and cyber security. In particular, the ŘSPD should include: Traffic management based on ongoing traffic, Automated control of the flow of data and their mediation between vehicles and dispatch systems, Traffic information (timetable, movements of vehicles, personnel in traffic), Communication in different directions (possibility of communication between driver and dispatcher, vehicle and dispatcher), Emergency control, communication (management of crisis situations related to transport, vehicle), Providing data for others processing by other systems, Automatic execution of processes and evaluation based on operational data by the control system, Vehicle information (energy management, vehicle condition).
