The engagement covers a review of the existing regulatory framework, preparation of a regulatory architecture and drafting plan, provision of inputs to prepare draft of the regulations (including provisions on eligible assets, SPV governance, true sale certainty, risk retention, disclosure, and investor protection), provision of inputs for the the drafting of an explanatory memorandum, and iterative technical review support through to final drafts.
