Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should submit the certificate of followings:a) Up to date VAT registrationb) Up to date income tax certificatec) Up to date trade licensed) Nationality certificatee) Authorization letter2. A satisfactory completion of similar type of supply experience ( Road Maintenance Vehicle) at least TK. 18.0 Lac only under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years at any Government Department shall be required i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.Supply of similar goods means supply of spare parts of road maintenance vehicle.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK. 20.0 Lac only.4. The tenderer shall have evidence of minimum 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services and in its supporting necessary work completion certificate must be submitted with the tender.5. The final decision abount the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. The tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in authorized letter.
