Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature college dress or sportswear supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization.d) The experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.e) The tendered must submit relevant sample of cloth viz. i) Shirt (White), ii) Pant (Navy blue), iii) Salwar (Navy blue) iv) Kameez (White) v) Skirf (Navy blue) vi) Tracsuit (Navy blue or Black or Green) vii) Polo T-Shirt (White) for the students on or before 28th March, 2024 at 15.00 Hr to the PE-s Office as mentioned in the technical specification e-PG3-2.f) Each sample shall be tagged with information separately viz. technical spec (like GSM and fabric detail), proposed sample for shirt/pant/skirf/kameez/Salwar/Tracsuit or T-shirt and suppliers company information.g) In addition if only one sample is selected from one supplier and other sample is selected from another supplier then the supplier with highest number of selected samples shall be given preference.h) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4. i) The suppliers who have submitted best quality samples will be given preference.j) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
