SUPPLY OF A TWO-CHANNEL GAS CHROMATOGRAPH WITH ECD AND FID DETECTORS (GC-ECD/FID) FOR THE NEEDS OF THE WSEZ IN POZNAŃ The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new two-channel gas chromatograph with two split/splitless dispensers and a detector. flame-ionization FID and electron capture detector ECD The subject of the order includes the delivery of the device and accessories and software necessary for proper operation, transport, assembly, commissioning and training of selected persons the Ordering Party's employees regarding the device used. The contractor will provide a 24-month warranty for the completed subject of the order. The delivery item cannot be a prototype, it must come from mass production and meet the applicable regulations in Poland standards and legal regulations, must be brand new, year of manufacture not older than 2025, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The task will be financed from funds allocated for the implementation of WSSE tasks in the association with the entry into force of the Act of March 13, 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and certain other acts. Completion date: 2 months from the date signing the contract, but no later than December 15, 2026.
