The purpose of this consultation, launched by Resah acting as a "wholesaler" purchasing center, is the conclusion of framework agreements relating to the "SUPPLY OF SUITABLE STAINLESS STEEL TRAYS AND SEALING EQUIPMENT, CONSUMABLES AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES".

This framework agreement hasOur object is the supply of a global solution for food packaging equipment:

Stainless steel trays and adapted shrink-wrapping machines, including delivery, installation and preventive and curative maintenance of shrink-wrapping machines as well as shrink-wrapping films.

Stainless steel trays and adapted heat sealersservices, including delivery, installation and preventive and curative maintenance of thermo sealers as well as adaptation kits and lidding films

The details of the services and the expected technical specifications are specified in the specific technical clauses (CCTP)common to both lots.

With regard to the Resah, the Holder does not benefit from any exclusivity on the needs defined in this framework agreement, for which the Resah is likely to pass, during its execution period, from other contracts relating to the overall supply of condition equipmentfood supply in particular in order to complete its central purchasing offer in accordance with its vocation of completeness.
