A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1, 000.00 + Sscl -I- Vat for each Item of Supplies & Services has to be Paid by Cash at Head Office, No:7, Borupana Road, Ratmalana or Money Order/Cheque/Payorder Drawn in Favour of “State Development & Construction Corporation” and be Forwarded along with the Application. Money Order to be Encashable from Post Office- Moratuwa.
