Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Pharmaceuticals.
Firms will be required to submit the following:
• A profile including full names, physical addresses, telephone numbers and contact person(s) of the firm/company; copy of registration certificate and VAT certificate; names of directors,
• Documentary evidence of work/supplies provided to other firms in form of purchase orders, contracts and/or certificates of completion spread over a period of a minimum of two years.
• Two referees (telephone contacts and physical address)
bid shall be delivered to plan international Malawi offices in Lilongwe, at or before 12:00pm on Thursday 28th November 2019, local time. Received bids shall be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours in presence of the bidders who wish to attend. late bids will be rejected and electronic bidding is not allowed.
