Delivery of multifunctional devices for the Managing Authority of the Human Resources Development Program Public order with the subject Supply of multifunctional devices and document scanners for the Managing Authority of the Human Development Program resources" has two distinct positions. Separate position No. 1: "Supply of multifunctional devices for the Managing Authority of the Human Resources Development Program is awarded by conducting an open procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. The forecast value of separate item No. 1 is EUR 45, 000 excluding VAT (90.91% of the total value of the order). The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of 60 (sixty) new, unused monochrome laser multifunction devices (MFP), incl. consumables ensuring the printing of a minimum of 450, 000 copies for the total number of devices (outside of the initial cartridges installed in the MFP), the specific number and type of consumables being determined and specified independently by each participant in his offer, according to the factory resource of the device model he offers. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of ZOP, item No. 2: "Delivery of document scanners to the Managing Authority of the Human Resources Development Program will be assigned independently according to the order valid for its individual value - by direct assignment according to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code.
