The subject of the order is the supply of a medicinal product containing Sargramostim for the purposes of a non-commercial clinical trial (BUTTERFLY). A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the assortment and price table constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The proceedings are carried out as part of the project called: "Evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of naxitamab in patients with refractory Ewing sarcoma (BUTTERFLY).” Institute in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001. Pharmaceutical Law acts as the Sponsor of a non-commercial clinical trial included in the above-mentioned Project, implemented under Agreement No. 2022/ABM/01/00006 of July 20, 2022, concluded with the Medical Research Agency (ABM). Ordering party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the order is only one substance and therefore it is not possible to divide the order into parts. Order declares that, being the data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and guaranteeing proper protection of personal data transferred as part of the proceedings.
