Tenders are invited for Supply of Mats / Brooms / Ekel Brooms and All Types of Brushes, Coconut Shell Spoons, and Coir Products
Self prepared applications as per the specimen given below may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Regional Procurement Board, General Hospital, Peradeniya” or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Accountant of this hospital along with the copy of the Business Registration Certificate and the receipt obtained upon payment of the non-refundable registration fee, to receive before 10.30 a.111. on 30.11.2022. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstance.
A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1, 000.00 should be paid to the Shroff Division of this hospital for each item between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on any working day and the receipt obtained should be attached to the application. Or else, that amount can be credited to Account No. 057 1001 29025207 - People's Bank, Peradeniya Branch and the copy of the receipt obtained should be submitted with the application. On this receipt, name of the institution and Item No. should be clearly mentioned. (Money should not be deposited via ATM Machines). Cheques and Money orders will not be accepted. Government institutions are exempted from the Registration fee.
