Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (P2, 970, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Establishment of Single Tunnel Smart Greenhouse in Baguio City in Support to NUPAP”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Office-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) now invites bids for Construction of Greenhouse. Completion of the Works is required is 80 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
