LOT NO1 Supplies of spare parts for grooming machines LOT NO2 Mechanical maintenance and repair services The purpose of this consultation is the execution of supplies and services divided into two lots separate, aimed at ensuring the preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of the KÄSSBOHRER brand grooming equipment fleet of the Valberg SPL. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders relating on the one hand to the supply of spare parts and its associated logistical tools (Lot 1), and on the other hand on the provision of maintenance, diagnostic and mechanical repair services on site or in the workshop (Lot 2). The Société Publique Locale de Valberg acts as contracting authority. THE services are carried out: oEither on site (Valberg station), oEither on the premises of the holder. This contract is concluded in the form of a single-awardee framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions : oL.2125-1 oR.2162-1 to R.2162-6 oR.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
