Description : Supplying, installing, operating, guaranteeing and maintaining integrated solutions and intelligent systems in Borg El Arab Technology Zone by providing Borg El Arab Technology Zone with an integrated intelligent system of equipment, operating systems, platforms, programs and applications and transforming them into a model for the smart work environment community and employing technologies. Conditions : The bidder shall comply with the following: * The period required for the supply, installation and operation of any of the items offered, the implementation period should not exceed six months starting from the date of the initial receipt * The warranty period is one year from the initial receipt. * The bidder is obliged to provide mSouda for a comprehensive maintenance contract All spare parts and technical support starting from the date of expiry of the warranty period
