The subject of the order is the supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance of an Incident and Event Management System (SIEM) for the needs of the National Visa Information System (NVIS) in connection with project no. BG65BVPR001-2.002-0002 with the name "Development and upgrading of the program and technical support of NVIS", financed under the administrative contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance with reg. No. 812108-81/20.11.2024 of the Instrument for financial support for border management and visa policy 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union. The following activities are included in the scope of the order: Activity 1-Delivery of an Incident and Event Management System (SIEM); Activity 2 - Incident and Event Management (SIEM) System installation, configuration, testing and commissioning services; Activity 3 - Expert support services. The SIEM delivery time is up to 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of entry into force of the contract; The term for the implementation of the activities of installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of the system is up to 60 (sixty) working days, counted from the signing of the transmission protocol for delivery of the system.
