The PILI WATER DISTRICT, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE invites suppliers/manufacturers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following projects:

The Funding Source is the GOP through the Corporate Budget for 2017 approved by the board. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Prospective Bidders should have completed within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project and the contract amount should be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184) as amended, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

Bid Documents may be acquired by interested bidders from Pili Water District upon payment of a non-refundable amount as stated above and can be viewed and downloaded at PIWAD-s Website (piliwaterdistrict.com)
Bidding is restricted to eligible bidders as described in ITB 5.1.
Bids must be delivered on or before the above stated scheduled dates at Pili Water District office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.1.
The PILI WATER DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
