Supply, install and commissioning of Ultrasonic Paper cup machine

6 Oz.

Main Features:

Ultrasonic double wall PE coated paper cup machine mainly will

consist of Ultrasonic cup body side sealing system, speed reducer,

knurling set, bottom heating set and inverter, Alarm system,

Automatic oil lubrication, Automatic cup detecting, Paper bottom

feeding with servo and stepper motor, cup bottom sealing with

heater and hot air.

Additional features:

• Including aluminum safety shield and automatic cup

collector is preferable.

• Include produced paper cup collector (mandatory)

Required specifications:

• Cup size : 6 Oz (once) = approximately 170 ml

• Applicable raw paper 140-350 gm/m2 (single/double-sided

PE coated paper).

• Production speed 70-90 cup/minute.

• Power rated (consumption): 4-9KW

• Power supply: 380V, 3Ph, 50Hz.

• Siemens, Schneider, Delta, or equivalent quality of HMI or

PLC.

• Automatically stops when malfunctioning.

• Optically controlled non-contact switch for automatic

control.

• Micro-controlled transducers, sensors, and speed

adjustment functions.

• Drive system: Gear and chain (Grooved) is preferable, Belt

is not recommended.

• Multi Size cup production (Molds are changeable).

• Stable performance, easy maintenance with minimum

cost.

• High quality-built material and high-quality body

machining, welded parts, hoses & lubricating system, and

air system to ensure machine-s reliability.

• International top brand electrical and control devices.

• High level electrical insulation and personnel protection.

• High quality bearings (from top manufacturers).

• Hardened Cam(s) for wear resistance and reliability.

• Durable and wear resistance coated steel shafts.

• Mechanical open Cam system to avoid vibration and longlasting operation.

• Isolate damaged cups while the machine is stopped

automatic.

• Pushing the heel of the paper cup with a sensor and a

motor.
