Tenders are invited for Supply, Implementation, Maintenance and Operation of a Human Resource Management System Software, Cyi / Oper / Hrsoft / 2020
Description: This contract refers to the provision, implementation, installation, operation and maintenance of a Human Resources Management System (HRM) for The Cyprus Institute. The Cyprus Institute wishes to implement an HRM system which will offer features such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management Time and Attendance. Furthermore, all Research Centers and Offices as identified in CyI-s organizational structure above will use certain functionalities of the HRM System. The Contractor undertakes to implement the system within a period of 5 months and provide the relevant application and system software licenses needed as well as the appropriate training for its operation and will also maintain and operate it for a period of 5 years.
