Tender Details

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one supplier to facilitate a healthy, safe and ergonomically responsible home workplace for all employees of the municipality of Westland. The following apply principles: 1. The Contractor supplies, assembles, installs and repairs furniture at the home addresses of (new) employees; 2. The furniture for the home workplace must meet the requirements of the Working Conditions Act, relevant NEN/EN standards and the requirements in the Program of Requirements; 3. Employees can choose from a desk, office chair, footrest and/or laptop stand; 4. Refurbished furniture always has priority over new furniture; 5. Upon termination of employment, the furniture will be returned by the Contractor and, if possible, redeployed; 6. The Contractor is responsible for adequate aftercare, warranty and a helpdesk for malfunctions and questions.
