WATER DESALINATION UNIT
-For the treatment of sea water (TDS up to 36, 000 ppm), surface water, rain water, deep well for drinking purposes in compliance with PNSDW.
- With physical and bacteriological capacity to produce minimum 1, 200 liters/hour drinking water using surface water, rain water and deep well as source.
- With physical and bacteriological capability to produce minimum 800 liters/hour drinking using water seawater as source.
- Can produce product water with TDS500 mg/l from a maximum tds of 500mg/l and highly turbid water; and seawater.
- Designed for aspect like: Diversity in the water analysis to be treated (bypass option for Ultra-filtration and Reverse osmosis system)
- Treatment line to consist: Centrifugal pump (compatible with salt water); pre-screening 50 micron, Ultra-filtration system, automatic electric actuated valves group, carbon filter, anti-scalant dosing, 1 micron sediment filter, Reverse Osmosis system (BWRO and SWRO), instrumentations (Flow meters, conductivity meter, pressure regulators, pressure gauges, pressure switches and level switches), Postchlorine (residual chlorine) dosing and pH adjustment.
- Cleaning and flushing tank with pump.
- Instrumentation and control: general electric board panel that can be fed with generator and electrical net
a) Installed with contractor switch relay for power supply option to prevent parallel supply to the control.
- Control and protection of centrifuge and dosage pumps
a) All pumps and rotating equipment are supplied by contractor relays and safety overload relays
- Operational Manual in English.
- One (1) year warranty for spare parts, maintenance and service effective after acceptance of the unit by end-user (subject to terms and conditions)
- A certification that repair services and replacement parts and consumables are available within the next five (5) years in the Philippines.
- A certification that the unit is brandnew.
- Has supplied at least three (3) LGU/water district during the last five (5) years with a Brackish Reverse Osmosis System (UFRO), with the actual use and performance of the unit with pictures or video preferred.
- Training of personnel and all recipients at a minimum of fifteen (15) days
- Initial stored materials or chemicals, including anti-scaling would be for three (3) months.
- Submit sample format on monitoring performance (Performance Log Sheet)
- Dry-run of fifteen (15) Calendar Days after completion of supply with free installation of water desalination equipment.
