Seer, Handalla. Etc.

Sea Food-Crab, Prawns, Lobster, etc.

Imported Fish -Fresh Salmon &

3. Payment & Charges

a) Rs. 2, 000/-+ Taxes will be charged from the local supplier for each category

b) The payment for the registration of local supplier for the year 2024 can be paid to the club office at CR & FC No. 28,

Malalasekera Mw. Colombo-07, with written company request by cash or by way of CR & FC No. 28, Malalasekera Mw

Colombo 07. with written company request by cash or by way of applications form. The Pay order/ draft should be

valid for at least 90 days.

c) All suppliers should complete the payment on or before 10th January 2024. CR & FC will not responsible for the

payment made after 10lh January 2024 & please note that there won-t be any refund

4. Duly completed applications and all the requested documents should be sent by registered post or handed over to

Finance Manager of CR 8i FC, No. 28, Malalasekera Mawatha Colombo-07 on or before 12th January 2024.

5. The authority to make final decision regarding the registration of suppliers for the year 2024 is vested with the CR & FC.
