Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment for Pregnant Mothers, Infant Products
Umbrellas, Nappies, Children Garments, Soap Varieties, Cologne Varieties
Separate applications should be submitted for each of the above items and registration fee should be paid separately for them
Registration fee of Rs. 1, 000.00 for each items of supply or service and Rs. 2, 250.00 for contracts should be submitted with every application for registration and this may be paid to the Head Office or may be paid by cheque drawn in favour of “Chairman, Panadura Pradeshiya Sabha" and should be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman. Panadura Pradeshiya Sabha, Head Office. Galle Road, Wadduwa”. Suppliers should enter in to an agreement when supplying of goods.
It is mandatory that the applicant possesses either the Business Registration or Trading License. Registration

Certificate should be attached to the application. Please submit details of any supplies or services provided to

state institutions in the past.
