Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Energy Efficient Products to Consumers.
The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from suppliers to be included on a

select list for the provision of Energy Efficient Products directly to consumers in receipt of

vouchers from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (the Department).

Further Details

To support the anticipated Energy Efficiency Scheme 2022, the Department wish to establish

a select list for provision of a number of items which improve the energy efficiency of domestic

properties. Suppliers will be required to provide a counter service to supply items directly to a

citizen on production of a voucher which has been provided to the citizen by the Department.

The items required will include:

 Draft excluder brush strip for external doors;

 Self-adhesive “E” strip for gaps 2-4mm;

 Letterplate seal and flap;

 Chimney draft excluder;

 General purpose radiator foil;

 Pipework insulation;

 Thermostatic radiator valves;

 Insulating jackets for domestic hot water cylinders;

 LED Lightbulbs;

 Loft insulation (to include home delivery);

 Smart heating control/thermostat.

Full details will be included with the Application for Admission documentation. Suppliers may

apply to be included for provision of any of the items and do not need to be able to provide

all items on the list.

It should be noted that the Scheme is subject to Tynwald approval.

Once you have registered your organisation you should select this tender from the list of

‘Current Tenders- and ‘View Details- then click ‘Express Interest- at the bottom of the page.

Once you have clicked on 'Express an Interest' a 'Form of Acknowledgement' tab will appear.

This tab will provide a copy of the 'Appeals Procedure' to be downloaded. In order to progress

to the next stage of the process you will need to 'Opt-In' and complete the 'Form of

Acknowledgment' questionnaire and click ‘Submit Return- before the Expression of Interest

deadline as detailed below.
