Supply of electrical panels The tender relates to the supply of electrical panels to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, cf. appendix 2. The tender must ensure the supply of electrical panels for Novafos' projects concerning the renovation of "Novafos standard pumping stations". This includes Novafo's household pumping stations, CAT I, CAT II, ​​and CAT III pumping stations. Tasks in connection with the framework agreement will be the following: Purchase of necessary materials for the construction of electrical panels. Including handling of any builder deliveries. Construction of switchboards according to Novafo's construction manuals. Adaptation of documentation for any changes during the construction period. Testing and testing of electrical panels in accordance with applicable legislation and Novafo's requirements. Freight of electrical panels from the production site to Novafo's specified location. Construction of electrical diagrams in general. The ordering party wishes to enter into an agreement with 3 economic operators and will assign tasks in accordance with the allocation procedure specified in the framework agreement. The estimated value of the framework agreement (a total of 4 years including the possibility of extensions) amounts to DKK 20, 000, 000 exclusive of VAT, based on historical data and the client's expectation of future consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement (a total of 4 years including the possibility of extensions) is estimated at DKK 35, 000, 000 excluding VAT.
