Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Testing of Various Energy Efficiency Items to the Various Places of Nepal
Complete set of Bidding Documents for the task in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from thee-GP system of PPMO: holpatra.gov. np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,

should deposit the cost of Bidding Document (non-refundable fee) NRs. 3, 000.00 in the Rajaswa (Revenue) Bank

Interested Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO:

www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of AEPC on or before 12:00 Noon on 03 January 2023.
Submitted eBids will be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 12:10 P.M. on 03

January 2023 at the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshw ar, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned

copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to minimum NRs. 240, 000.00, which shall be valid for minimum

30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e.. Valid up to minimum 2 May 2023).

If bidder w ishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code: 3080002
