1) The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Funds intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Pesos (PhP 32, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Panel Energy System and Electrical Sub-Meter of 14 JBLMGH Buildings under IB No. 2025-11-18 (55). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Single Calculated Responsive Bidder (SCRB) and/or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB).
