1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through General Appropriations Act (GAA) - CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4, 300, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Heat Stress Monitoring System - Re bid, IB No. 2025-48 R (PR 2025-05-0321). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
