Supply & delivery of Cerro bend Alloy - One Year
1. The University of the Philippines-Manila, through Fund 101/164 intends to apply the sum of One million pesos & 00/100 ONLY (PhP1, 105, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & delivery of Consumable Parts of Anesthesia Machine - One Year. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The University of the Philippines-Manila now invites bidders for Supply & delivery of Cerro bend Alloy - One Year Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
