Invitation to bid for the Supply, delivery and installation of materials for use in Ice Plant at Caniogan, Calumpit, Bulacan.
The Municipality of Calumpit, through the Trust Fund intend to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (P 265, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, delivery and installation of materials for use in Ice Plant at Caniogan, Calumpit, Bulacan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Calumpit now invites bids for the Supply, delivery and installation of materials for use in Ice Plant at Caniogan, Calumpit, Bulacan. Completion of the delivery and installation will be within Twenty (20)) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Calumpit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on November 13 - November 20, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred (P 500.00) Pesos only.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 20, 2018. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on November 20, 2018 @ 2:00 pm. at the Office of the Municipal Budget Officer, this Municipality. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Municipality of Calumpit reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
