Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMIZED CONTAINER FLAT PACK
1. The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the PGLU Annual Budget CY 2024 (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱11, 972, 850.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Customized Container Flat Pack / ITB No. 2024-4-60. Bids received in excess of the ABCs shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGLU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
