1. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Commissioning of Cytotoxic Safety Cabinet Including Electrical and Civil Works. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
