Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of books, textbooks, educational materials, magazines, daily newspapers, DVDs, Blu-rays and video games intended for the needs of the network of municipal libraries and educational establishments of the Town of Sevran. The public reading network of the City of Sevran includes a central library, three neighborhood annexes and a bookmobile. Its mission is to develop public reading and promote access to culture for all residents. The works, documents and media acquired within the framework of this contract must guarantee the pluralism of ideas, the diversity of genres and media, in order to respond to the variety of audiences and uses. The incumbent will also ensure the supply and delivery of school textbooks (teaching works approved and registered in the catalogs of publishers or booksellers in France) as well as other educational materials (files, CDs, educational kits) intended for schools and childcare facilities in the City.
