2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents by depositing a non-refundable payment amount of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa.

4. All tenders must be submitted to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelopes. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
